Management is unprofessional and childish. My experiences with them at work have been so poor that I will likely avoid using them in my personal life for as long as I live. Fedex couldn't pay me to ship with them at this point. They refuse to deliver packages during our business hours and leave tracking notes that say we were closed when we are not. It's not like packages are getting lost, or taking too long to arrive. They are straight up pretending we are closed. It's the most absurd thing i've ever encountered in all my years dealing with shipping companies.

Wish I could leave a ZERO as well! Our delivery was left by our neighbors fence, which is in the ALLEY and no where near our front door or our mailbox! I am going to make SURE I never have ANYTHING shipped by FedEx again.

Too bad I couldn't give zero. I had 3 different reasons why they couldn't deliver my package to Paradise. I come to Chico since my package is there and I told the representative that I would come get it. The place is supposed to open at 9, I show up at 9:45 and the doors are still locked. A half hour on the phone speaking to another representative through a barely understandable phone connection and they don't know why they are not open. What a pathetic operation.
