I've had multiple bad experiences here. I've gotten tiny portion sizes, orders not being ready, impatient staff. I love Chipotle, but I would recommend staying away from this location. It takes them forever to get out the online orders and the line is out the door most of the day. Hadn't had this much trouble at any of the other locations.

I ordered a steak bowl with black beans, brown rice, corn salsa, tomato salsa, sour cream, guacamole & cheese. With a side of chips and guacamole. The only thing I received was steak and a side of guacamole?!

The staff were very rude. There's this guy working there said I could only order online. While I was ordering online in my phone, he started giving offline order to the next customer. I'm not sure why? Also while he was preparing my order, I asked him politely to give small tortillas instead of the big one, because online app didn't have the option to change it. He didn't even listen to me, He murmured something rude and said no small tortillas. I thought he was a rude guy in general. But he was being nice to other customers. I felt like I faced some kinda discrimination. Food was ok. The rice and chicken quantity were very little. I was still hungry even after finishing the whole rice bowl. Please increase the price a little to adjust to the inflation, but don't reduce the quantity of food. Anyway, I'm never coming back to this store ever again. I don't deserve such rude behavior at all.

This chipotle consistently under performs by 1) not having food available when you order and 2) lazy service/closing early(when I was counting on it)/no customer appreciation. If you have a choice, visit the chipotle in Kirkland, it’s much more professional
