Decent meal for a decent price. The food aspect is well maintained but the crew doesn't do a lot to keep the eating area up to par. It's not terrible but it could certainly be improved by regular checking and cleaning off the tables and sweeping up. Technically they close at 10:00 p.m. but don't come in after 9:00 if you want the full treatment. Often the ice machine doesn't have any ice and the unsweetened tea is empty. The team will tell you that they don't do anything after 9:00 p.m. to correct that. Bit of a nuisance for me because I do eat late often. Nonetheless despite the problems it's close to where I live and the food is decent.

I love the food there but there are many times where I’ve ordered online asking specifically for guacamole and lettuce but did not receive either. It was basically a bowl of rice beans cheese and a few other vegetables. The location is Factoria Bellevue. Do not go there because they can mess up your order.

We did not have a good experience at Chipotle this time. When we arrived, there was a sign up that said they only accept orders online. We went through the process of ordering online and the menu and options are not the same. For instance, on the kids meal, there wasn't an option to have beans as a protein - just as a topping, but somehow guacamole counts as a protein. Because beans count as a topping, you can only choose one other taco topping (like rice, cheese, or lettuce). In addition, it's not possible to request an extra side of something (like cheese or lettuce) because the online ordering options are limited. Also, when you go through the regular line and choose the components of your burrito, you can request "light" cheese or a "little bit" of something, but in the online ordering system, you can't do that. Our order was supposed to be ready in 7 minutes at 7:00 p.m. but in fact it wasn't ready until 7:12. Finally, when we got our order, one of the two crispy taco shells in our kids meal was broken. I went back in and requested a replacement so my child could make tacos and received "a look" from the employees like I was asking for something unreasonable. It's a taco, it's supposed to be able to hold the toppings. All in all, not a good experience. If I walk into a Chipotle again and they're requiring online ordering again, I'll turn around and find somewhere else to eat.

I love Chipotle... Sorry the picture of the burrito bowl is empty. It was so good. I prefer the brown rice, black beans, chicken, hot sauce, salsa, guacamole and lettuce. it's the bomb.
