Four Seasons Central Apartments

We lived here for 4 years. Great community and neighbors. We were drawn to the fact that we wouldn't be paying for amenities we wouldn't use (i.e. pool and gym) and the newer and nicer finishes than most apts. Very pet friendly. Maintenance was completed regularly and any issues were dealt with quickly. Sal (maintenance) and Heidi (office) are great!

Very nosy, non caring and will charge you for anything possible. Constantly wanting to enter and search your home for random reasons. Instead of taking care of all the mandatory inspections at the same time , they spread each inspection out through the year. So they are in your home almost every month. Very high priced rent for little in return. Wouldn’t recommend moving here to anyone. I already know the reply to this message will be “sorry sir, but we don’t see your name on our records, maybe you are thinking about another facility”. No it’s Four Seasons Central Apartments in Vancouver, next to Safeway. Read the fine print and check everything closely with photos.

Great apartments but frustrating customer service. Being a brand new community the apartments are great. Some small bathrooms and awkward doors but great lighting and counters. The customer service is hit or miss. For example I can home to a HUGE green sticker on our car window explaining it was about to be towed for expired tags. (Tags were 7 days expired we are not talking months) and when I called the manager to ask why I hadn't just gotten a friendly call she stated, "that's our policy" and we don't know what cars go to what apartments when they are in visitor parking. Well that weird because our parking decal that they assigned to us is right in the window so... hmmm Then I asked why they had peeled off the ENTIRE back of this huge sticker that now will not come off my window and I have to go buy goo-be-gone. She again said that "is policy". and to use some Windex. Wow. OK then. That tells me there is a huge gap in understanding the residents she serves are people not someone to enforce "policy" on. Such a bummer because like I stated earlier the apartments themselves are great. Oh and last little comment is the back street "Four Seasons Lane" does attract some unsavory people and cars (we have had to call policy non emergency a couple times in 6 months) so I would stick to the internal parts of the community if you choose to live here.

The Refaes

We moved from Woodstock, IL to Vancouver, WA. Looking for apartments wasn't easy due to the fact that we were living in a house in IL. We knew that transitioning to an apartment was a big change and that we needed something good and spacious. The staff here is very very helpful, friendly and also flexible. We received a brand new apartment and everything was perfect. We got the smallest one bedroom which is 867 sq ft. It feels very roomy and you also get to get A/C in the apartment which most apartment complexes usually don't offer. All appliances are new and upgraded and you also get a spacious 1 car garage that has plenty of storage space. This complex is very clean and dog friendly! It's also very quiet which is always a plus! Overall it has been a very pleasant experience.
