You can tell a lot about a business just by the way you are treated in the first 10 seconds of being there. I was completely dismissed by the guy running the service department. I can understand there’s a backlog of service appointments and lack of help, but a little decency and compassion would be nice. People are without vehicles and waiting 3-6 weeks to just get their car looked at. I called and waited 20 minutes no one picked up, did an online chat and got ignored after initial consultation, then drove my limping car to the dealership to see them in person. He never even engaged in a real conversation. There was nothing going on in the service department and he was sitting at his desk doing nothing. Why they couldn’t pick up the phone is beyond me. I called pride in Lynn and they picked up right away and set me up with an appointment after a normal business conversation. Avoid this place.
