Antonio and his crew were wonderful. They spent five days working on the exterior of my house. There was quite a few "bird" pecked holes in the cedar, they repaired it all! They painted and cleaned up after the end of their day. The crew was here on time daily and went to work immediately. This was a very good experience, and I will definitely use CertaPro and hopefully Antonio's crew again! Ella King

CertaPro painted my entry hallway today. I consider this space difficult to paint because it is two stories with the staircase. The team was able to start and finish this tricky space in one day! Leading up to the project, the office staff kept me on the loop on timing and answered all of my questions. During the painting process, the team was incredibly professional, efficient with time and the hallway looks great! I would highly recommend this company to people looking to have a space painted.

The most important item from this review is whether I would use CertaPro Durham again, and the answer is a very strong NO. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is I do believe the painters did work very hard while they were on site. I chose CertaPro as the owner that came out and provided an estimate promising items that the other companies did not. I paid $1000 more for the job than the other companies I was considering. The main difference in the estimate would be how the front doors on our house would be sanded and stained with multiple layers. After the job was initially "finished" I had to call the owner back out to complain as the doors were now a light tan instead of the mahogany finish they were originally and the finish was and still is very rough. The painter returned and attempted to fix the issue, but the doors are still much lighter and roughly finished than what they were. I know the front doors were not painted the with the process the owner stated when he provided the estimate. They also took down gutters and I now have 4 gutters that are bent or do not fit properly with the drainage system, they were fine before. We had small bushes out from the house, 3 of those were stepped on and it now looks like I will have to replace those to match the undamaged bushes. There are other issues with the job I have discovered over the past year, I always expect some items to pop up, but the issues I have discovered made me leave this review. We will be getting our interior painted in the next year, and I can promise I will not be using CertaPro Durham for that job.
