Nothing hidden; water,sewage & trash
Hello Dena! Yes, we do have elevators in our buildings. Please let us know if you have any questions or if you would like to schedule a tour.
When I took the tour, the leasing agent told me that water runs about $50 a month and electric runs at about $120 a month for the slightly larger one bedroom layout (the A1LG or A2LG). Now, she was basing it off of her own personal bill and she did not tell me what temperature she keeps her house, so it might be slightly more or less depending on your preferences. :)
Pretty sure they have hot water. That’s illegal if they didn’t.
