Absolutely LOVE all of the Smart Baking Company products! I regularly eat and order the smart cakes and the smart buns. Shipping is always fast for me, and the products are always top quality! Amazing how good the cakes/buns taste with being allergy friendly and keto friendly! UPDATE!!: This company has gone down the tubes. Products are still great tasting. They definitely have a wonderful recipe, but they are ALWAYS out of product. They no longer run promotions, shipping is 45 dollars unless you spend 75. How do you expect me to spend 75 if you never have anything good to purchase on the website? They use to regularly have “out of spec” muffins or buns at a discounted rate, those are no longer available and when they are, they have nearly doubled in price. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have noticed the customer appreciation and small business love go straight in the toilet. Now that they are sourcing to larger corporations (walmart/Publix) it seems as if they have too much to handle, or are just not caring as much as they used to. I’m so disappointed with this company as I have always been a promoter for all of their products….. I will definitely be finding an alternative!

Yes very excited to try these products, very disappointed in the service. According to them they shipped out in 5-7 business days. So I placed an order No shipping when 7 days arrived. I’m due to be out of town and let them know this, as I didn’t want food sitting outside for days and getting ruined. I was told they would expedite my order, even though it has already been more than 7days. Shouldn’t tell somebody a time frame if you can’t hold up to it.

I was a huge fan of this company for a long time. Made several orders over $100, and enjoyed the product. The last order was about one week ago, and included smart cakes and muffins. All of the product was old and moldy. Very moldy. I would not feed this food to my dog let alone my family. I was given a full rate refund immediately, but I must say that while the idea is good, the execution, and quality control is terrible. I will no longer buy product from this company. How can such a good idea go so bad, other than poor management, and no quality control.
