This place doesn't even deserve a one star. Never had good service here. Brought my dog to be groomed (he's been to Petco for grooming at least 3 times). They made the appointment for us and we showed up. They claimed our dog was too matted to groom. Absolutely disgusting. Lazy people working there. They were sitting behind the grooming counter laughing and eating. This place is the worst!!!! Will never go back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The groomer "Beth" is horrible and refused to take my dog stating she had a scab on her back side when that was not the case at all. My dog needed a haircut as her hair grows fairly fast and with this heat it starts to bother her in certain areas and her hair gets tangled easily. Beth is extremely lazy and very unprofessional. Not only did I take off work but also drove 45 minutes to this location for an appointment. The previous time I took her Beth had my dog over 4+ hours and didn't bother to call me and give me an update. I was extremely worried and had to keep calling since no one picks up the phone at that place. Even when you arrive to the location no one will come and assist you. You will be waiting at the front desk for 15-20 minutes without anyone asking "How can I help you". I can gladly say I will NEVER take my dog back to this location and especially to Beth. I am extremely dissatisfied and I hope this review helps others in choosing their groomers and store locations. Beth needs to find another job because this is not it.

I love bringing my dog to this Petco for grooming and haircuts. The staff always do a good job and my dog leaves happy. The staff are friendly, kind and very helpful. We tried a new stylist named Beth. Beth was awesome, she asked me what I wanted and she did exactly what was said plus more. I would definitely recommend this place!

Love the groomers! They always take such great care of our Little Rascal. He gets so much love and attention. Short wait only for nail trim with NO appointment. Super clean and staff goes above and beyond.
