As a former Macy's employee, I couldn't even realise customer service at Macy's could be that horrible! I just went to buy Black Opium Original fragrance, but no one had any idea which one could be the original flavour. Wow! Instead of showing the one I was looking for, they kept showing wrong and claiming that's the one. I believe the fragrance department manager was around there, and she was kind of like she didn't care about customers or not even a single greeting from any associate at all. As I knew, the fragrance department is a very vibrant section at Macy's, and once customers walk there, all associates run for them to help as much as possible. But this Macy's has very unprofessional employees; they need more training and learn how to provide good customer service and make customers happy.

I would love to give it a higher rating, and have in the past. Maybe it's the "Covid Effect" but this Macy's has always been my Go-To when clothes shopping for my grandchildren. They are now just wasted trips into the store. We have left empty handed the last three times. The children's department is almost non existent. The Junior's section still offers a small variety, so my 11 year old likes to browse on our way out, (although she is still a year or so away from the sizes.)

They want you to pay $40 for a t-shirt, but their bathrooms are disgusting. It seems that every Macy's is this way. This one is especially gross though. Clean your bathrooms...better yet, update them.

It's better to call and ask specifically because big stores like these are having different sales so frequently it's hard to keep up with since the holidays are quickly approaching. I honestly would just call and ask :) if someone on here tells you yes it's still going on when it's not and you show up, you'll be disappointed.
