JTO's proposal was very detailed, competitive, and accurate. The price quoted was the price paid. The work was done timely and professionally. They took care to protect the brick driveway and did a great job picking up nails around the house. They even found a repaired some existing deficiencies in the stucco we had never noticed! After the job, we did notice a leak in one location. JTO was responsive and proactive when notified. They went above and beyond what we would have expected from a roofing contractor and didn't quit until they found and repaired the issue. Paul was our representative from beginning to end. He was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. Would recommend JTO to anyone without hesitation.

I cannot say enough about Jeff at JTO Roofing. We contacted JTO Roofing after a hail storm a few months ago. Jeff came out and inspected the roof and told us about the condition of our roof and what he recommended. We talked to a few other roofing companies prior to calling JTO and I knew immediately that Jeff was our guy. Unfortunately, we learned that there was a clause in our insurance policy that prevented us from using our own contractor. We were forced into using a company of their choosing. However, that did not stop Jeff from still helping us through the process. On his own time, he came out and met with the insurance adjuster, walked the roof with him, and pointed out all the damage that he documented on his inspection. Although, JTO did not get the contract to repair our roof, Jeff still assisted us in every step of dealing with the insurance company. I believe Jeff is responsible for getting us a new roof. I would not hesitate to call or recommend JTO Roofing.

I called plenty of roofing companies in my area! Thankfully, I also contacted JTO Roofing and Solar. Dustin was great! Not only did he provide a FREE roof inspection, but Dustin also gave us a FREE estimate, on a new roof, for the coming year. Fortunately, we're off the hook this year, and prepared for the following year. Kudos on a job well done, Dustin!
