I took my computer here on Tuesday because the monitor displayed no signal. When I took the tower to the store the young man at the front counter told me that they can fix the computer for $199. No one even touched my computer. He just quoted a price. I ended up taking my computer to Refresh Computers in Longwood, and they were able to diagnose the problem within 5 minutes. There were a few loose wires and after it was reconnected, I was able to walk out of the store with no other problems after that. I am so disappointed at the level of service at this store. Please hire better technicians!

Came here to get my pc fixed after a power surge during an update fried my pc, pretty expensive but I needed the fix because I work off my computer. When I got the computer back I was told that it wouldn't connect to the wifi, and that there was an issue with the wifi adapter. Figuring that they know what they're doing, I purchased another adapter and installed it only for that one to not work either. Turns out they never reinstalled the drivers necessary for the adapter. Thankfully I kept the old adapter because I felt something was off, because the second one I bought ended up being defective.
