It’s been a little less than a year since we have been here. Service was good when we originally went in for exams and to get glasses and contacts. After that it went down hill 100%. My husband got prescription sunglasses and he was having problems with seeing out of them. I took them back and said there’s something wrong with these my husband can’t see out of them. They looked at them and said well it matches this prescription there’s nothing we can do this is what he ordered. This was within the timeframe to bring them back and have them fixed and they refused to do anything. I’m at my yearly eye appointment and come to find out there’s not even a prescription in these glasses they’re completely plain. Whoever examined these when I took them back in didn’t know what they were doing or straight up a lied. I will never recommend this place. After getting a glasses exam this year at a different vision works come to find out they put my husband’s prescription in my glasses and then nothing in his. I I never could wear my prescription one because I bug my eyes now all makes sense.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRULY A LOST SKILL! My order wasn't ready when promised. When I called the store to get an update, the response was that the order hadn't even left the Lab yet. The Associate told me they would have to get the Manager involved. The Visionworks online order status page showed the order as 'Pending'. I emailed the corporate office asking for a status, an explanation, and something more substantial than a hollow apology. The response was that they would reach out to the Store Manager. Four days after the expected delivery date, I got a call from the Store and they informed me that the order was "lost" and they would have to re-order. One hour after receiving this call, the Store called me and said the order had arrived. Apparently, the order had been shipped to the wrong store. I went to pick up my order and asked for an explanation and to speak with the Manager. The Manager was not available. The Associate repeated the claim that the order went to the wrong store and handed me my order. There was no apology; no expression of regret or remorse; no discount coupon on a future order; no reduction in the purchase price; nothing. I guess I should just be grateful that I even got my order at all. After all, what's a couple hundred dollars anyway.

I was surprised by how relaxed and polite the staff were here, with this store being in a mall during the pandemic. I went in with my prescription, and while they didn't have the style I liked and had been wearing, the optician who helped me me made sure I tried on tons of frames until I found one I liked. Used my insurance with no issues. I wish I knew that optician's name. I was in Feb 16th at 1pm or so, and she was the younger of the two ladies there.
