My gf came in to this store location to get sized for Red Wings because everyone knows sizing is wonky compared to your Brannock size or even your normal boot size. She was told they didn't have any heritage line boots in size 7.5 D. Nothing. No Iron Rangers, Blacksmiths, Moc Toes or Classic Round Toes.... hard to believe. And that if she wanted to try boots on, she would have to commit to buying them first before they would let her. Not sure what any of this was about. Look, I've come in to this store location to get sized and have thought about whether Red Wings were a good choice for me as a chef/cooking professional that required nonslip shoes. Unfortunately, Red Wings aren't the best for walking on wet industrial tiles surfaces. I didn't wind up making a purchase for that reason. But I was never hounded like this or told I couldn't try on boots. Very disappointing.

Great place to buy some boots for work that will last for a long time. The staff is really helpful in making sure you get exactly what you're looking for. They even have a new machine that scans your feet to get an exact measurement to ensure you get the right size boot.
