Terrible... they apparently made an attempt to deliver but they never knocked nor did they ring the bell... this has happened multiple times and each time I have had yo go pick it up... and it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human regarding this...and by some miracle if you do, they assured me that it would arrive the same day with a 3 hour window... and after waiting till 8 it never came!

Using the Fedex signature service is paying Fedex money to torture your receiver. Been waiting for half of the day, no door tag, no call, no knock, nothing On the second day I grabbed a chair waiting downstairs, no one came but they says delivery attempted. Third day, after multiple phone calls to the Customer Service complaining about this, a guy finally came and said: you are lucky because it will return to the sender after 3rd attempt. WTH? Well, at least they did not steal my package.

I will NEVER use FedEx again. I was given a 6 hour window for delivery and the driver was still 2 hours late. I can forgive that, but what I cannot forgive is witnessing the driver physically abusing my package (a freezer chest) which when I opened the box was very much damaged. I cannot endorse a company that has such little regard for its customers. I tried calling the customer service number but was essentially blown off by the operator and told in not so many words (that it was the problem of the company I bought the chest from)......seriously? You People can do what you like but I judge a business by their customer service and if I could give less than a star for this review I would be giving it.
