A well organized facility and executed for its employees which benefits the public. Having been in another one, this one is leaps and bounds over the first one. This should be a model for all facilities of this type. The people are friendly, kind and very helpful. It's located right next to Target and it's close to 93. It has lots of parking and it is a benefit to the community

This is the worst fedex in Massachusetts to work at. I had a 7 mile walk home from work and all my coworkers and my bosses were so greedy with giving ride’s the first day one of my coworkers beat me out of 40 dollars for gas and left me walking home and none of my bosses or other coworkers wanted to accept my money And give me a ride. All of the managers for this branch would call every one when they got off the clock to complain. I don’t know about you guys but if I’m off the clock I’m off. Don’t call me. The manager’s don’t do a thing all day. Just screaming at employees to work harder. Don’t fall into my old shoes. It was a terrible branch to work at. I’m sure it still is.

Paid for 2 day delivery only for it to show up 9 days later then the package is scanned delivered and is no where to be found first and last time I use FedEx I hope this place goes bankrupt sick and tired of these companies offering services and charging for services that they can’t provide or honor. Legal theft is all I see when I look at a FedEx truck.

The deliveries lied about delivery l check cameras no one show up and my package show delivery exception 3 times. I emailed to set up a different delivery, got text message and day support to delivery, packages never came after stay home entire day so I call then around 8pm talk to customers service said sorry we missed you the package will definitely delivery tomorrow. I next day check status saw delivery pending so I call them again the next day and got told that my package never leave the warehouse...and said if you want call us back tomorrow to set up pick up at the warehouse because today we close and tomorrow not sure we open because holiday season we suppose to hold package for 8 days....!
