Negligent and rude staff! I went to the RMV office in Wilmington to transfer my car‘s registration to Massachusetts. After receiving the title plates and on the way back to my home, I decided to stop by the Z&S Gas and Service to get the inspection stickers. I asked the guy, whom I think was the manager, about the inspection, and he told me that I needed to park my car and leave the key inside. I did it, and also I left the RMV documents inside. After completing the process, he drove my car out of the shop and said $35! I gave my credit card, and he came back and said all set. I went to my car and couldn’t find the RMV documents. I came back and tried to talk to him, but he didn’t answer. Then, I asked the other guy about that he said we don’t keep those documents, go and find them in your car. The first guy came out of the shop, and I asked him the same question he said I don’t know, that’s it, then while I was still talking to him he went away! Can you believe that?! He even did not bother himself to speak to me for a few seconds. The other guy smiled instead of apologizing! And said, ”go, and probably you’ll find it on the floor or somewhere”! I had to search my car, and finally, I found documents. I told the second guy that I will write a bad review for them, and he said, “that’s ok”!! I wish I had read their reviews before going there. Trust me; you don’t want to be treated like this by such extremely impolite staff.

Too bad there isn’t an option for zero stars. Was screamed at in the parking lot after not being able to hear/understand his “instructions” for what to do with my car for an inspection… drove away as fast as possible…completely unprofessional and scary.

Went for an inspection. The guy was fast and friendly. He did a great job removing the previous sticker so I didn't have glue all over my windshield.

Went in for a simple inspection but the guy was very professional and helpful and even fixed a small problem on the spot to get my car to pass. Explained everything and took care of it. Doesn't hurt that he has a big Patriots sign in the window either, just saying.
