I currently live at Sunpointe and have so many good things to say. There are a few cons as with any apartment but they’re no big deal. I have had the roughest year of my life and Julie and the rest of the staff at Sunpointe have done everything they can to help me. I have never lived in an apartment complex that has managers that actually have compassion and are willing to work with you. That being said, I’ve listed the pros/cons below. Pros: Indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna so it’s open all year!! Weight room Car washing station Trash compactor On site laundry facility AND in-unit laundry machines Amazing management and maintenance team Free and ample parking. Most complexes charge for parking or have limited parking. I have a designated carport so I never have an issue finding parking. Cost is comparable to other complexes Allow large dogs! This is so hard to come by these days. They are pet friendly for sure and even have treats in the office for your pups. Julie greets my girl anytime she sees her out. Cons: Apartments are on the smaller side. Only one trash compactor so for someone with a disability it can be difficult to get your trash out. It’s still better than having a dumpster or having to pay for valet trash service. Natural lighting isn’t something you will get with these apartments. At least not the ones on the bottom. In-unit laundry machines are apartment sized so it can be difficult keep up with laundry if you don’t utilize the onsite facility and large items won’t fit in the machine. I just go to the laundromat once or twice a month for things like bedding( thankfully. I own more blankets and sheets than and normal human being would own).

My boyfriend and I moved in 9 months ago and from the first time I toured I knew this is where I wanted to live. Super clean and well kept. Everytime we needed maintenance they were on top of it and very professional. I really apperciate the employees that work here they are more like family rather than landlords. Anyone that decides to move here is smart. Great prices, indoor pool and hot tub and excellent management. Thank you Sunpointe!

Rented from here for over 2 years, and ended up adopting an adult Shiba Inu the last 7 months of living here. Never had any issues with the dog as he was fully potty trained (4 yrs old), well after we move out the management charged us based on depreciation to replace the carpet and seal floor. The carpet was 5 years old when we moved out, and worn because its apartment grade carpet. I disputed the charge saying the spots they took pictures of looked like they had been there for years. I was told that all the prior tenants did not have pets, that they were aware of. Also, the dog was not a home alone dog, my partner does not work and walked the dog several times throughout the day. My suggestion to anyone renting here, be sure if you have a pet, or plan on getting one, you have a carpet vendor come out and inspect carpet and document so that you have documentation of carpet condition. I filed a complaint with BBB, but because I can't afford to hire an attorney, my complaint is considered resolved.

There was a mechanical failure that caused the pool to be shut down for the time being. The repairs are taking a bit longer than anticipated, however we are working on it as quickly as we can. Please feel free to stop by the office or contact us at 360-253-2532 for an update.
