This is our go-to for oil changes. This was my first time at this location. The techs working there were really friendly and definitely had really positive attitudes. This was even though they have serious staffing challenges. The guy bouncing back and forth between vehicles was trying to juggle 2 guys' worth of work, but still indulged my silly jokes and whatnot. This is a location I def will come back to.

Valvoline changed my oil one day then the following week all of my oil was gone. I went back and they were pretty nice, topped it off and they told us to take the car to a mechanic and file a claim if something was wrong due to them. I went to a mechanic and they said the oil housing filter was cracked. I filed a claim with valvoline (who told me not to authorize any work done on the car until the claim is settled) and after a few days of no response I called them back and got ahold of someone in charge. They told me that they would come see the car and review the cameras to see if the torque wrenches they use to tighten the filter were used properly. After a week went by and they called me back saying that the videos show nothing wrong and theres nothing they can do. I know that torque wrenches can be set improperly or go out of spec very easily, something that a camera will have a hard time seeing. I asked if someone could physically come out to see the car and they told me that "maybe" someone would come out. No contact since. This could have and should have been handled much more professionally.

I’d give more stars for this place if I can. Great service all in all, would absolutely recommend to anyone needing any car work done! Shoutout to TERRY for being the best! Thank you so much!

Quite literally the best experience I’ve had at any kind of auto shop. The staff was friendly and professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and we all shared some good small talk while they worked. They got me in and out much quicker than I anticipated and didn’t push the upsells. 10/10 will be returning in the future.

Yes they do, however it would probably be less expensive to go to an auto parts store, and purchase one there. O'Reilly Auto Parts is known for helping customers, as is AutoZone. They usually do not charge to help you change a belt. It will also be half the price, possibly even less. Valvoline is extremely expensive, much more so than their product warrants at this time. They are now corporate owned stores, instead of franchises, and they are getting out of line with their pricing, and the training they say they give their employees, seems to either be a farce, or bad training at best. I have been a longtime Valvoline customer, but will no longer go there for my oil changes. I can do it myself for less than half the price, and know that it gets done right, without any lip, or stupid comments from the employees. Good luck!
