Xfinity is the most unreliable internet I've ever had. I'm paying for 600mbps and it's only giving my devices 250 mbps maybe 300. Absolutely terrible about to drop xfinity

Sorry I ever switched over to this service. Was reasured more than once my photos (years worth) would still be retrievable after switching. WRONG!!!! Everything is gone family vacations, holidays, last visits with relatives that have passed gone, everything for the past 13 years of my daughters life all of it gone. Then when I finally get a live person to respond I got hung up on and it took over an hour to jump through all the automated prompts to get a live person again. Definitely won't be telling friends and family to switch and will be canceling as soon as possible.

Great service! Percy provided us with great service. He got us hooked up with new phones and new service, and all for a cheaper price than our old contract at another company.

Terrible customer service. First boy who helped me was nice, he didn’t have the answer to why I was there so he grabbed another boy. This one had no idea what he was talking about, but presented as he did. Referred me to Apple when it was clearly a network issue, not a hardware issue. I was going through some steps on my phone to connect the watch and it asked if I wanted to add another watch line. When I suggested we try this to see if it fixes the issue, but then could he cancel the additional line id it didn’t pair it with my phone he said no. Xfinity has always gone above beyond to resolve my issues and will gladly talk to their own customer service reps on the phone if needed. Very disappointed, I will gladly wait a long time and go to the Tanasbourne location where they are kind and actually help their customers.

Yes. Just picked up the new XB7 gateway. Works like a champ. WiFi signal now strong all over a 2 story house.
No. I advise that you contact Xfinity before going, if you have a relationship with them, but they are pretty welcoming. Really top flight.
