Moved here a year ago from Norcal and switch insurance and primary doctor twice, this time to Dr Thomas. Found the address on Adobe Rd in 29Palms, saw the nice sign on Adobe rd but was disappointed with the sign on the roof. Need a paint job or remove completely. Hope it is not representative of the care I'm going to receive. Waiting room was clean with a Patient Point info flat screen. It was hard to notice the receptionist, hidden behind notices taped on the window, not so welcoming. Waiting time was reasonable and the examination room I was in was roomy. Since this was a first exam with the new insurance and doctor, I was impressed by the thouroughness of the examination in sharp contrast with the emamination I had with another AARP doctor in Yucca Valley where my first checkup was done by a PA. Glad I switched insurance and provider. Upon leaving the facility I notice all palm trees need a clean up. Sorry for the critical notes but I used to be building supervisor in a posh medical facility in Rancho Mirage and clubhouse mnt mgr of Del Webb in Palm Desert.

When I last went here 2 weeks ago, the doctor listened to me and seemed to care. However, I made an appointment then for today to get the results of my x-rays. My appointment time was 10:30 and I arrived on time. The receptionist tried to tell me that my appointment was for 10:15. Which was totally false. I'm ticked off that they would do this as this was a very important appointment. I give the PA and the doc 5 stars but I'm very unhappy with the receptionist who lied to me.

Daughter was RN went to medical board of calif reported also drug enforcement agency riverside ca They have case in file police. And federal agents Please contact medical board calif if You have same incident they will help You file case like i did Dr lied about death never saw patient. Opiate poisoning .this dr needs caught
