After purchasing over 10 cars from this dealership I have finally learned my lesson. We recently turned in a lease rather than selling it outright. We were offered 27,000 for the turn in since we were leasing a new vehicle. The sales rep had the car reviewed and made that offer. When it came down to the numbers she would not show us the breakdown of the sale. She constantly called and texted trying to rush the deal. (It was held up because they wanted us to get a lease extension, which we did for them) Again she would not give us the final numbers just the payment amount. After the deal closed we find out that she only included 23,000 and no rebates for the turn in that the dealership is now selling for 33,000. We should have known better than trust the process here. It is very disappointing that we can't trust our local dealership. I hope they review this deal and make it right. Otherwise they have lost a loyal customer.

The worse place To go to buy or lease a car or truck Very unprofessional I’m having problem since I leased it and the service department very terrible in address the problem They loan me a old truck with scratches all over and when I returned it they blamed me charging 2,000 dollars to fix it . I will never go back to this place and far more will not recommend it to anyone .

2000 miles over my warranty, transmission is slipping. I call and get a sorry about my luck. My vehicle was put under a lemon law after I purchased it. Still making payments on it, can’t drive it, and trying to buy a new transmission. Was told to take it to a different dealer to see if they’d work with my extended warranty contract I had purchased. Different dealer “why would we do that when they sold you the vehicle?”
