It's a trailer park in a rural town. Some people from the city might think it's somewhat run down but to me it just looks like home....

They do have trailers for sale. Once you turn into Park place and get to the stop sign you will make a right and the office is by the mailboxes. That is where you can receive the application as well as get to know more if needed.
