MELISSA ROCKS. Very knowledgeable, personable and polite. Made sure I understood all the policies before I left and answered all my questions. Will definitely recommend her to friends looking for storage. Her being spunky is a bonus.

Many of the details were not clear up front. The terms of the promotion, purchasing your own lock, and up front fees. My stuff was already moved in so I continued. Upon needing to move things out, they had increased the fee and changed the policy from 10 days notice to 30 days notice. The new lease was sent via email but in the email itself it did not describe the change, you would have had to read through pages and pages of the new lease to see this change. They also do not grandfather individuals for the change of 30 days from 10 days which seems like the customer is not a priority. I won't be using West Coast Self-Storage in the future.

I love using this place!!! Great service and always friendly when I walk in. Business is always quick and I leave satisfied. I believe it was Jake who helped me at the front desk (hope I remembered your name correctly!) and not only was he helpful but went above and beyond to find answers to questions I had that he didn’t know the answer to. Now that’s great customer service. I felt like he really care and wanted to help. Thanks guys! You rock.
