This a smaller DMV AND so far everyone has been nice. I'm still waiting to be seen. With no appointment you can be waiting awhile.

Showed up half hour before they opened. They said 45 minute wait (12 people ahead of me) Been here 2 hours now. At least give realistic times so I can go do other stuff with my morning.

First of all, any government organization can only get a maximum of 3 stars... that being said, only waited 30 minutes without an appointment. Sleepy little office, best one in Portland.

I went in without an appointment and I was done within 10 minutes. I was requesting a title and the woman who helped me was so helpful and quick. I was delighted with the quick, accurate service!

Need to renew drivers licence
Call or just dispute the charge with your bank/credit card issuer.
Unfortunately, the drop box is inside the DMV, but at least you don't have to wait in line.
Yes, I used mine for new plates just last week.
DMV trip permits are for for 21 days, and you may have 2 permits per vehicle per year.
Bring a change of address with you. Utility bill with new address. Bank statement with new address.any documentation with the new address
Once the covid is over. It's hard to get appointments also
