WATCH YOUR RETURNS. Let me say I've spent hundreds if not thousands in the past several years at the Columbia Outlet Stores. I was in at the end of May 2022 and purchased several "Holiday/4th of July" themed dresses and swim trunks for my family for a trip photo. After deciding which size everyone needed, I returned one of the pieces. The young man at the counter was obviously new and under experienced (albeit, extremely nice) and instead of crediting me $24.99 for the dress, he somehow only credited me $14.99 (the price had not changed as it was only the day before I had purchased it.) Unfortunately, I didn't catch this until I got all the way home. So, I phoned and spoke with someone who told me to come back and ask for Pam, the Manager. I went in the next day and Pam was very kind and handed me back a receipt for the additional $10 worth of credit, which should have totaled $24.99 ($14.99 for the first credit and $10.00 for the second) So I get my bank statement and apparently she took back the $14.99 erroneous credit that the young man had given me and ONLY CREDITED ME FOR $10.... I should have just stopped with the first return and eaten the $10, now I'm out $14.99!!!! Always a HUGE hassle trying to return anything.... you really need more user friendly return software. It takes me a good 35 minutes to get there from my home, so with the cost of gas, I'll just give up on trying to get back my $14.99. Leaves you with a very bad feeling when you get ripped off, whether intentional or not. A manager should know how to take care of a simple return. Not sure I'm going to return.... too much liability!! Can't afford to return anything for less than I paid for it!! RETURNER BEWARE!!!

Great customer service polite people good person at the dressing room and very very good prices I would recommend totally going here if you want good Columbia sportswear here!

If I had the option, I would give this place zero stars! I came in simply to exchange a birthday present for a size larger, but Cohen really messed that one up and now I have no birthday present. When confronted about the situation, this guy actually had the audacity to try to lie about the return right in front of me! The other people working there wasted my time and ended up doing nothing for me. They said "they didn't want to make me have to buy it" and I shouldn't have to because it was a present I didn't buy in the first place! Train your employees better!!

It seems that the inventory is 3/4 or more women's items. Columbia makes good stuff but it's disappointing to have such a sparse selection of men's items. Yes women buy more clothes but the mix seems our of whack
