The staff are nice, kind. It is extremely difficult to get an appointment if you don't schedule days sometimes weeks in advance. They book their appointments around the preventive wellness check ups and dental cleanings. This appears to be the main focus of this business. If your pet needs a same day appointment, they are unable to see you. They advise you to call other Banfield offices or go to the emergency vet.

I'm actually kinda upset. I've had this visit for our dog Bella for umm about a month. This was the soonest I could get. And I understand that my phone was shut off for a few days, times are hard at the moment. So anyways Banfield cancelled our visit today because my phone was off. Instead of emailing me sending me a little post card "saying don't forget in a week you got a visit". I've never heard of animals or human doctor offices doing this. So good thing I called to check on something but not a good thing we didn't make it all the he way down there for nothing. Now what??? I have to wait another month or two. I'm speechless.

Isabella and Dr. Ono are great! I've never had a VA or Vet at Banfield take so much time getting a thorough background and explain what's going on and my dog's treatment plan. So happy I went here!

I adore the staff! They are upfront & honest about price & care. They are very sweet to pets. I've had a plan with them for over 12 years. My pet is more than healthy. He is happy. I am more than satisfied when it comes to Banfield. I highly suggest them to everyone that has a pet! Definitely get monthly insurance! Best money I've ever spent to make sure my pet is happy & healthy. His teeth are in great condition for him being 12! I am thankful for the Staff & Doc's being there anytime I have questions & concerns! Just amazing!

Not the front desk, but one of their vets was horrible, and we refuse to go back. She administered unnecessary treatments, which we only agreed to because she used guilt and shaming to force us. "Buy this, or you hate your dog" was the strategy. It worked, but only once and never again.

I hate to compare pets to this but it's the best way people can understand. Imagine for your car, there's a car warranty and car insurance. Wellness plans are essentially a car warranty. They take care of the day to day things for you pet whereas pet insurance takes care of the accidents like car insurance.
