I took my Jaguar in for an oil change today and asked that they check the air conditioning as I had it recharged by that location last year, but it never got cold. Rocky had performed the service last year. Nicholas, the GM told me that Rocky, the prior GM, was scamming people ny over charging them and was no longer employed there. I said I would pay the $199 recharge fee plus the oil service. Nicholas told me he would not recharge my air conditioning because there was “probably” a leak. I inquired that perhaps the previous GM charged me for the recharge and never did it. Nicholas told me to leave the facility and not return. I asked him if he looked at my record to see that I have been a customer at that location since they started. He stated he did not care. He directed me to leave. I asked if I could at least pay to get my oil changed. He said no, that he was the GM and he could tell anyone to leave that he wanted to. Wow!! I guess I won’t be going to Jiffy Lube! Very poor treatment of a long time customer. Sad!

Horrible experience. Car's locking mechanism was broken in the course of service, but this was blamed on me. This led to the battery depleting, which I tried to bring in for a replacement per the warranty. Nick, the general manager, made me wait 30 minutes only to rudely tell me that the battery being out of the vehicle voided the warranty, but when questioned admitted that this was written nowhere in the warranty policy. He then walked away and sarcastically told me to have a good day. I highly encourage everyone to avoid this jiffy lube, and if this is how general managers act, then avoid all jiffy lubes. Pitiful customer service.

Friendly. Fast. Did that "little extra". I'm very happy and even though there is a Jiffy Lube closer to me, I will be coming to this location moving forward. Special thank you to Nicholas.

Had taken my car in Dec 10, 2021 after my check engine light hopped on. They ran a diagnostic on my car and told me it was a spark plug issue. I had then replace ALL my spark plugs via recommendation to make sure they were all in good shape. The very next day my check engine light came on again. I don't use my car very often, so it took a couple days of it parked for me to drive in the freeway and have my car shake aggressively. Engine light started to flash so I pulled over immediately and had to tow my car back home. With no appointments readily available for my car to be looked at by a real mechanic (I didn't want to take my car back to jiffy lube if they failed to fix the issue correctly, so I went elsewhere for proper professional help). Jan 19 I took my car in to Carr Chevrolet and they immediately came back with a diagnosis of a failed coil underneath the spark plug, something that should have been detected at jiffy lube. I had paid ~180 at jiffy lube to replace my spark plugs and for labor. Carr recommend that because of the failed coil underneath the spark plug, my new spark plug was now damaged and should be replaced (along with all the other coils and spark plugs in case of corrosion not yet seen). I called jiffy lube to have an insident report made hoping for them to be able to take my car back in and replace the damaged parts for free, since they missed it in the first place. The Manager named James kelly took a look at my car and said that they did nothing wrong on their end, and that I won't get any refund. After being rightfully upset and asking further questions as to why I have to pay out of pocket for repairs that should have been completed at jiffy lube in the first place, he was completely rude, dismissive and gave me attitude saying they won't pay for anything, and that I shouldn't complain about a now damaged spark plug and coil and more labor costs. He said one cheap coil isn't something to be upset about, but Carr recommend that I replace all of them in case of failure not yet seen (after already replacing all of them at jiffy lube. So even Carr doesn't trust jiffy lube's ability to repair things properly). So what was supposed to be a 170$-180$ repair came out to almost 700$ because of their failure and refusal to fix their mistakes.
