I fell in front of the hotel Friday evening. It’s very dark at the front - virtually no lighting. I caught my toe on the curb and landed on my left arm. My friend reported it to the front desk clerk twice and all she said was “I know - it’s really dark out there”. She didn’t offer to take down a report. We flew out the next morning for a family reunion at the beach. I have large bruises on my left arm and hand and a lot of pain in my upper arm. I spent the past two days in pain from the fall and haven’t been able to enjoy the beach.

The worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. I’d never stay there again. Every aspect of my stay was a disappointment. Dirty, outdated facilities, complimentary breakfast was inedible. AC in room sounded like a loud car engine. Broken fixtures throughout the hotel. Never saw anyone at the front desk the entire time I was there. Awful!

Awesome Customer Service. However the hotel was being renovated in some areas. It was hard to fall asleep with the air conditioner being pretty loud. Also the mattress didn’t have much support either. The Room felt small with the 3 of us. However they had a nice breakfast for free.

Staff were very rude. The free airport shuttle does not operate after 11:30 pm. When I called to ask about it, rather than explaining the situation to me, the overnight front desk clerk simply hung up on me. The free breakfast was paltry. And the TV in my room didn't work. All in all, I will never stay at this hotel again.

Yes, yes, yes, and yes! Easy access to MCI and great customer service.
They are pretty good with early check in...but call to make sure.
Parking was free ...no signs saying towing and not a busy area where you might expect a problem...
