Clerk is trying to make me happy with the room. He changed the room for me. I noticed there are the similar issue. I also noticed the room is not smoking allowed. So when I inhaled in the room for more time. I noticed there is cigarettes air. I don’t like it. So I opened the window to get rid of bad smell. In the last room looks little better. But I feel itchy on the bed. I try not to complain too much. I’m struggling with it by myself. In my personal experience, I still feel uncomfortable and dirty in this room. Will I come back to this KCI lodge? I don’t want to come back because room is not great clean to me in the future. I will try different hotel that can do clean better this KCI lodge. I do appreciate the clerk tried do his best but he doesn’t have the power to solve the issue. I’m sorry.

Quiet hotel. TV has a lot of channels, they have a vending machine. No laundry on site. I am staying a week here while I wait for my place to be ready. House keeping comes by around noon, they knock and u can step out and get anything you need for the day. Staff is friendly and upgraded me to a two bed room bc I wanted to b able to smoke. Over all I think this place is great. I'm very comfortable and feel safe... Since I'm staying on my own that was most important to me. ☺️

The room was disgusting. It is advertised as non-smoking, but has an ash tray in the room and the bed and floor around the bed was covered in burn holes. We booked a 2 bed room and the hotel gave away our original room and put us in a 1 bed room. The AC unit barely worked and was so loud you couldn't sleep when it ran. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Even 1 star is being too generous for this dump.

Housekeeping is very rude and didn't bother knocking before entering. I was getting ready to shower and had no clothes on. Needless to say I was very unhappy. Other than that, this is probably the cleanest hotel you'll ever find at this price range. I stayed five days and never saw any type of pest issue. So kudos for that, but the staff needs to be retrained at the least.
