I adore living here. It’s quite and a great place to raise a family. The kitchen are a little outdated honestly but was welcomed with a New stainless steel refrigerator. The leasing process was great. Lisa is amazing so friendly. Good luck to all those who wish to live here. It’s great

I lived here for 4 years and the place was Home. I had to move back to Chicago for family-medical reasons and leaving here was heart breaking and I cant wait to move back. The girls at the office, Sandra and Lisa are very down to earth people and are honest. The maintenance guys Dan And Ronnie are also Just as honest, Dan even spending his whole weekend-off rewinding a coil by hand so my A/C would work until it gets replaced, Only to have it burn up in 0.2 Seconds infront of him.(haha),When covid happened and I was stuck for christmas here alone, Ronnie was the only person to wish me a MerryChristmas. The wildlife here is absolutely amazing, Turkeys,Deer, Coyotes there are 2 friendly Felines that walk the property and most importantly, the always present Geese that patrol the property and that will eat from your hand.

We lived at Summerlin at Concord Apartments for ten years and only left due to a family emergency. As soon as possible we have returned. The apartments are truly incredible for the rent. They are spacious and meet every need. The property is truly beautiful with some of the buildings being built around a small pond. However, the environment surrounding the entire property is all beautiful with the grounds being magnificently maintained. The included amenities [laundry, workout room, pool etc.] meet every need and are well maintained. The property is ideally located for access to all major needs in the community. The property is exceptionally quiet for an apartment complex and people are friendly without invading privacy. But beyond the incredible apartments themselves and the beauty of the property the most outstanding quality of Summerlin at Concord Apartments are the management team and the maintenance team. Management has the unique quality of managing in a highly efficient and professional manner thereby assuring the quality of life at the property. They respond quickly and efficiently to all concerns, requests and issues. They maintain a high quality of order and safety at all times. And yet at the same time this management team truly cares about the residents and their lives. They get to know residents personally and have sincere and genuine concern for the lives of their people. They are highly respectful in every way and at all times! The very same qualities are true for the maintenance team. Although we have had very few maintenance needs in the entire time we have lived at Summerlin at Concord, when these needs did arise they were always handled professionally, thoroughly and in an extremely timely manner. It is very true for us to say: Summerlin at Concord is not our apartment; Summerlin at Concord is our HOME. Ms. Sandy, Ms. Lisa, Dan and Ronnie keep it that way!!!!
