Staff was short during interactions. Traveled with a group of 6, one couple got their room refunded per the mold and water spots in their room, and other couple had their rate reduced per the mold in the bathroom. My room had a dirty t-shirt in the closet area and in the hallway outside of our room was a dirty plunger wrapped in a plastic bag the entire stay. When checking out my card was double charged and I was informed the 2nd charge would fall off in 3-5 business days. They actually put a 20 day hold on the second charge and I had to file a complaint with Best Western as the manager couldn't come to phone or return my call when attempting to get a refund.

Looks nice from a distance, like an ancient starlet from the 1920s with caked on makeup. Lots of bad smells up close. The staff were super nice and accommodating but on the 3rd day we had to ask for housekeeping. They came at 9pm. No breakfast but a paper bag with an apple, a bottle of water, and a tiny knockoff Honey Bun. However the beds were very comfortable and everything else worked. If you're on a budget it's not a bad deal.

We arrived at midnight and upon entering the lobby it appeared ok but showed visible signs of trying. The front desk guys were very friendly! Went to third floor where our rooms were. The elevator is beat up and disgusting, first red flag. Carpets in hallway.... outdated and not clean. Third floor reeked of POT! Tried 1st rooms keys and it worked but ours did not. Made the trip back down to have front desk guy help with the door that possibly the battery needed changed. He came up and got us in. Upon entering floors were visibly dirty. Needs to be vacuumed/mopped. Found a hair in my bed which makes me think it wasn't clean sheets so I'm currently laying on towels over my sheets. The walls in the bathroom have dents in the drywall and stains on the doors. I took photos of it all. No USB ports in rooms for me to charge. I'm actually typing this at 2 AM because it reeks so badly of POT it must be coming from the crack in the door or vents and it's making me nauseous. One plus, Shower tiles look nice & newly remodeled. Linens on beds aren't like what you see in the online photos. Not pleased with this facility at all.

Staff was friendly. Our room was not clean, Sticky tabletops and stains on the bedding. Our sink and shower kept backing up. Also something weird growing on the wall. Just don't rent this room until it's fixed. The rest of the hotel seemed fine. There's a free bagged breakfast to go. A coffee station is in the lobby.
