I was parked outside with a dead battery, one of the associates came out and asked if I needed help (I didn't catch his name.) Then, James came out and helped me jump my car. I am very grateful for such kind people!!

Went in to buy a new phone and they were closed an hour early. Wasted my time and gas, drive back the following weekend and they told me they were appointment only, nowhere does it say that an appointment is required for service, I understand they prefer it, but im not making an appointment to buy a phone. I don't need help buying a phone, I just need you to hand me the box and run my card.

On a whim, stopped at this store to buy two (2) new phones. Stood around for about five minutes, until someone looked up from their tablet and greeted us. We were put in the queue at 4:44pm. The guy told me it would be a "few" minutes. Twenty (20) minutes later, nothing...nobody even acknowledged us being there. There were two customers in the store, they were being helped. I saw at least three different sales people appear, then disappear. Our guy was nowhere to be seen. I left. Went to another Verizon store and gave them the sale. Was seen immediately, didn't wait for more than 5 minutes. I will not be coming back to the Clearwater East Verizon store.

I would call Verizon yourself and find out from their fraud department what's going on.
