I have lived in this apartment complex for a little over three years and it was the best experience up until a year ago when Larry and Alicia became managers. I come into the office almost daily to get my morning coffee and have noticed that the office morale has declined. The huge overturn of staff has greatly affected this complex. Larry brushes off problems that arise especially with Maintenance Requests that have to do with mold and bugs. I am looking for a new place to live because I do not feel safe living in the vicinity of an abuser/pathological liar. Norris and Stevens needs to do something or they will lose long term tenants and future tenants as well.

I made a review here a couple of months ago, and never elaborated because I figured it would go nowhere. Now that I’m seeing all of these new reviews coming out, I figured now is my time. I have personally seen the manager and his wife lie to their employees and their renters. The assistant manager, Ashley, just rolls over and takes it. She has never stood her ground, everytime I go into the office, Larry is complaining about something she didn’t do right, or that his wife didn’t do right. It never stops when I come in either, which is super unprofessional. A couple months back, they had an amazing Maintenance Manager and out of the blue one day I was told he quit. I can only see 1 reason he quit. They have been losing employees left and right (except for the ones that do their bidding). Do NOT rent from this place until all of this is figured out. Larry is awful and management has obviously had complaints before about him and it’s going nowhere.

So I always thought my nextdoor neighbor & landlord Larry abuses his wife. Every other night I can hear a woman sobbing through the wall, I'm assuming locked in her bathroom. Just a while ago, the neighbors even called the cops on them because his wife was in hysterics and supposedly locked herself in the bathroom. Today definitely buries the nail in the coffin as I am watching a young girl, with her baby, be kicked out of their home while it's currently 54° outside and she has no where to go, just a stroller and her stuff. I overheard that she was hit by one of of her parents, whether that be her father, Larry or his wife, but she is distraught and this place just keeps getting worse by the minute. I thought just doing illegal practices rental wise was the only thing happening here, but there's also an abuser right under out noses

I am ever so grateful that Mark is no longer managing this place. He had it so run down and grungy looking, and was not a pleasant gentleman to begin with. I was about to give my notice to vacate until I noticed there are two new managers here. They are updating those outdated lamp posts outside and I hear they are adding some in between buildings where it is dark on Centerpointe side. I will be staying to see how things pan out with the new managers. So far so good. Also they are actually doing maintenance now which is amazing. Before the manager would not let his maintenance guys do stuff unless he said so I guess which us not how you run apartments.
