Came into the store in a panic when phone stopped working. I was greeted right away by Alex. Marc subsequently spent a significant amount of time resolving my issues. He was instrumental in helping me contact customer service. Customer Service provided a $280 credit on my account. Sadly, it's the norm to experience bad customer service. These guys were personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They even stayed 40 minutes after store closing helping 3 customers in the store. Truly a dynamic duo!

I was very fortunate to have selected this AT’T store in Clearwater. Andres the sales associate there was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was very satisfied with his personalized service. The store is conveniently located and very clean, with all products well displayed. I was able to get what I needed with quick efficiency from Andres! When I have purchases to make I will definitely return to this store.
