Horrid. Been going to Bruce Chevrolet for years to get maintenance done on my Tahoe. Went in for an oil change/tire rotation/back brake check as they're sounding like metal on metal. Had new pads put on less than a year ago. Service department called and said cabin air filter needed to be replace, told them fine, go ahead. Service dept. called a few minutes later to say the Tahoe was ready for pick up. Husband drove me down, asked them if the back brakes were checked and were told "they're fine. Once in awhile new brake pads will squeak until they get settled in and the squeaking will stop. Not fine. Brakes have been squeaking for months and its only getting louder. For $169 they can put it on the machine and find out what's making this happen. No thanks, we're running on low funds since gas and other things have gone up. Left with the Tahoe only to turn around and go back because my engine light was on. Wasn't on when I took it in, husband also met me on the trip back. For $169 they can put it on the diagnostic computer and see what's going on. Again, no thank you, we don't have an extra $169 at the moment. Husband asked to speak with supervisor. Supervisor came out and opened up the fuel door, wiggled the gas cap, and the light went out. I know the young man was being trained in the service department but I was also kept waiting for over 15 minutes while he was on the phone getting prices for parts. So yes, I absolutely think more could be done to make the service department go more smoothly...and in the mean time,, my brakes are horrid. I shall have to wait until I have the $$$ to have them appropriately checked and yes, Bruce Chevrolet are the ones that did my last brake work so I've stayed true to GM dealerships for service work. Not happy. Tahoe is a 2007 LTZ and we have loved it but now not so sure what to do.

Bought my Nissan here. Very nice people, not pushy and tried to answer all my questions honestly. Ruthi did a fantastic job at showing me vehicles and helping find the one I liked. Will definitely be back when I purchase my new truck. Robin in the service dept. is an honest guy, appreciate him making sure the customer is taken care of.

We have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and both times we were treated with so much respect! Walking in to the dealership is relaxed and stress free, they make buying a car enjoyable!!! James and Bill both went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted! Our cars were in transit both time! James was great with communication on where and when the car was going to be delivered, Bill did amazing working a deal that worked for us!! I would Highly recommend this dealership and these gentlemen to work with!!

Masks required. Staff were all makes when I was there. They have sanitizer everywhere also.

I would call Bruce and ask for the service dept ask for Raphael he is quite knowable about the cars we've never had any problems
