Our experience was a great one. Hasan Abdellatif, nice man,a true gentleman. He found the Jeep Grand Cherokee L we had been looking for and we couldn't be more thankful for his dedication to helping us get into our new Jeep. There was absolutely no pressure or that feeling of being rushed. We were treated like family for reals. Hasan took care of us throughout the whole process from the min we arrived to the second we drove off in our beautiful new Jeep.(he stayed after late for us too) It was easy and painless. Also a special thanks to Danny in Finance he worked hard to get us a low low rate. Doesn't happen without him! I'm glad to say we bought a vehicle from CDJR Hillsboro. Oh yea and we love the haircut Randy!!

Great customer service. They changed my radiator, but didn't put the hose clamp on the upper hose when they were done. The job was under warranty so I didn't pay anything, but I made sure I got the price. 1400 dollars for a radiator and coolant flush! Could have done it myself for 100 dollars with the bonus of not missing a house clamp. I didn't ask for compensation, just wanted to make sure the truth is out there.
