Not only were they patient & helpful with me as I navigated a new phone for my kid, they took time to help a cranky elderly lady fully understand what she was agreeing to & helped her set up her phone. There was a wait and a couple Karens came in & tried to bully their way into getting attention, but the two gentleman working focused on the customers that were there first. Hooray for not catering to karens! Grace under hostility is hard to come by.

Just wanted to take a moment and let you know that I had such a great experience at your AT&T store on East Bay in Clearwater Florida was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Jesse he was extremely helpful extremely brilliant and extremely fast at what he did I would recommend him with a 10+ because he was just phenomenal I’ve had such bad experience with AT&T by the Clearwater Mall and coming down here to the East Bay branch AT&T it was absolutely fantastic deal with Jesse please advise him of of what I have explained to you thanks again

If there were a way to give negative stars, I would! Anyone who knows me, knows I am an avid Google reviewer. I only give credit, positive or negative, where it is genuinely due! My husband and I stopped in at 3:15 pm this afternoon only to find a sign saying "at lunch, be back at 3:40". Really??? Bring lunch! Do something! So unprofessional. That store is done with me!!!!
