If I could give 0 stars I would. From the beginning nothing I was promised was executed. My bill has been SKY High the entire time, my line set up is all wrong, wait time in the store is terrible. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my billing issues to be resolved. Credits are due to my account and yet I haven’t been credited. I’m owed $300 in gift cards yet they still have not been mailed to me. I have only been a customer since August 2021 and I REGRET every moment. I am being charged for a phone that I already owned, I’m being contracted on another line that should be month to month. None of the staff that signed me up are still employed and I am current on my bill and still the customer service is HORRIBLE! I NO LONGER WANT AT&T, I should have stayed with SPECTRUM!!!!

It was time. I pushed it off long enough. Time to replace my old phone. We made an appointment and even though the AT&T store was busy Antony-my salesman-greeted me as I walked in. Antony was very knowledgeable and non invasive. He answered all of my questions and recommended the phone that suited my needs best-NOT the most expensive phone. I have been with AT&T for over 25 years and this location was the best run, organized location I have experienced. I had to order the phone as the new S22 is not released until first of next week so Antony invited me back to the store so he could help transfer all of my data over to the new phone. Great service, kept appointment with no waiting and a sales rep that knew his product AND the customers needs. I can't wait to use my new Smartphone. Thank you AT&T-and Antony!!. Well done you. Well done indeed!!
