Our shop roll up garage door would only close to the half way point and stay there. Used SM Door for the first time today found them online by just searching local companies. I called 5 others before I got to SM Door, all others were too busy, poor customer service on phone or no return calls. I spoke with Joseph initially and he was right on it. He said he would call right back in 10 minutes and he was true to his word. By the time he called back he had his service technicians in route to our shop for a 30 minute arrival time. And sure enough they showed up on time!! They took their time and provided a thorough inspection and found the issues with wiring had it all fixed like new with an hour or so. The techs were extremely polite and professional. Took care in our shop to move things back in place they had to move to get the job done. Great service today. We will recommend your company and use you again if needed.

Took 10 days to be contacted back. Then the guy tells me he decided he doesn’t want to look at the door for me, so you decided you don’t want to make any money? complete waste of both of our time.
