I have had a Pelican Faucet since my granite was installed (about 6 years ago). I needed a replacement part and thought I needed a whole new faucet but they told me to come in and the will give me the part I needed so I wouldn't have to buy a whole new unit! I did and they handed me the new part and didn't let me pay! Another time my soap dispenser container cracked and my husband tried everything to fix it, nothing would fit. I called Pelican and talked to Karen and Bailey and with 3 days, I had a new new unit in the mail! This is what I call customer service! They are also wonder people to talk to!

I purchased a Pelican faucet for my newly remodeled kitchen. After a few months the rubber toggle switch cover was always working itself off. We would push it back on and always said we would use a bit of glue on it for extra bonding. Never did. Last week, we lost the toggle and figured it went into the garbage disposal or the cat batted it somewhere. My contractor told me to contact Pelican direct .. to make this long story short. One eMail, a call, and a brief text and a whole new faucet end arrived today. Customer service #1. Thank You Pelican.
