Started a job making pretty good pay, things were going good, until they promoted a temp person to supervisor, this person was a bully on a power trip, had no idea on how to treat ppl or resolve situations, in the few months I was there, one employee was moved to another area after speaking out in a meeting, a temp that had words with the supervisor, walked out without telling anyone, I too ended up having a disagreement with this supervisor, the supervisor and manager never had a conference with me, they wrote me up and presented it to me in front of all the employees!, I called Penny and told her all this, she tried to resolve the situation, but couldn't, I spoke to the CEO(he has a criminal past!) about what happened with the supervisor, right after that, they ended my assignment, surprise surprise!, what a dirty company!, I felt that Link should have done more in this situation, it's obvious, they care more about their customer and making money, not the workers.

I came in and spoke with Penny. Filled out my application, and she had some options for me as far as employers. She set up an interview for me for a shipping and receiving job. The next I had an awesome interview, and the next day they hired me. Ive worked for temp agencies in the past but this is by far the best one yet. Very helpful !

Horrible! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I was assigned a job and explained to penny why I no longer wanted to work there anymore because of job taking advantage and making me do everything while they do nothing and talk on their phones. Penny lied for 2 weeks saying she would assign me to another job but NEVER did. Once i explained that I didn't like the job and wanted to be switched it was as if penny took sides and never placed me on another job. As well as they didn't pay me on time my paycheck was days late as well. Link staffing was not professional at all! I was very unsatisfied. I'm thankful they didn't assign me anywhere else though because I found a better job that pays more and is something I like much better. If you're considering going through a staffing agency DONT choose link staffing there is much more professional staffing agency's around than link staffing.
