Fantastic service, had the products in stock that their website said they had. Installed our roof rack and luggage box quickly and explained all the details. 10/10 recommended!

Osprey Bay is my "go to" place for kayak equipment, service, advice and adventures. Their monthly kayak trips are well organized and fun. Lots of new people to meet. Recently they did a great job repairing my kayak, and for a fair price. If you don't already know them, stop in to meet Kim, Tom, Josh, Craig and the others. It'll be worth your time.

So much to say about Tom/Kim and the whole staff. I have a kayak/paddleboard rental business nearby and I use these guys for all my repair needs. They do a very good job from start to finish with any knowledge, sales, or repairs one might need. Do yourself a favor if you need a kayak and go see these guys. Hands down the best shop in the area with some of the best equipment and gear to go along with it. I send my customers there and they were even so kind to deliver the kayaks to the place they were storing them at. They've been around along time and know the game better than anyone. You won't be disappointed dealing with these guys. Thanks Tom, Kim, and Josh. I appreciate you.

Lauren was excellent, very knowledgeable about every kayak and helped me find the perfect one for me and my pup! Since I have a car without roof racks she educated me on a budget friendly way to safely transport my kayak home (carrier blocks and cam straps) as well as teaching me how to do it! I highly recommend stopping by to check this place out if you are looking to buy a kayak or need any gear!

Excellent
We have a guided trip to the Withlacoochee River on April 7th ($59 with a rental per person). To do a 4hr rental on your own it's $39-$75 depending on the type of kayak you want to use. Thanks Tom.
