This used to be a great place. $1 clothing days. Recently, prices have went up. And now, $1 clothing days are $2 off clothing items. And inventory is filled to the brim, because of the price influx and getting rid of $1 clothing day. Also, $25 for a pair of used mall brand shoes. The lady who cashed me out, asked why i did not have the clothes organized. I said, there was not sign that said I had to. She asked why I did not remove the hangers. Again, I said there was not a sign that said I had to. She asked me to remove my hangers. I said no, because that is not my job. If it is a requirement, please post it. If not, the workers should do their job, and not ask for customer help.

Hospice thrift stores are great. Good selection and prices. Employees are volunteers and are helpful and courteous.

I am in complete agreement with the many recent reviews. Price gouging when things are donated instead of the basic principle of receiving and keeping the flow going is greedy at best. Today's action from the cashier finally did it for me. I brought a package marked a $1.00. She didn't agree it should be $1.00 made it loud and clear, stood there holding it up and questioning why it was $1.00. Did not give me the half off and when I asked, is it not half off? She practically threw it in the bag and said you got a good deal. Wow! I will no longer be donating or purchasing at Hospice. There are many other grateful charity shops around. Also, no need to respond with the generic answer about being sorry for my experience and you will take it up with management.
