The cookie cutter rules currently being inforced needs to be overhauled (to catch up with the times), the office itself is dirty and bland the chairs in the lobby looks like they never be washed down, the walls need new paint, the meet up rooms are very outdated, one of the rooms have a green sofa that looks like someone cut it up with a knife,...I also pray that the courts understand everyone case is not the same and should be treated as such(accordingly)! Also times have changed tough love creates criminals. I pray for successful reunification and growth amongst everyone. would love to see at one social worker smile. The job ain't that bad is it?

THIS PLACE IS A MAD HOUSE, CAN NEVER GET AHOLD OF THE SOCIAL WORKERS AND EVEN MORE DIFFICULT TO GET IN CONTACT WITH A SUPERVISOR. ADA DIMAS WAS A WORKER I DEALT WITH, VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IN CONTACT WITH DURING THE CASE, BUT VERY SWIFT TO REMOVE MY CHILD BASED ON MOTHER'S FALSE ALLEGATIONS. JENNIFER RYUBAN WAS EVEN WORST WITH NO HELP AT ALL. THIS FACILITY COULD USE A BETTER STAFFING SYSTEM TO ELIMINATE ALOT OF INCONVENIENCES WITHIN THE REUNIFYING PROCESS.

This place is HORRIBLE, I not only experienced such an unprofessional experience from one of the case workers Ada Dimas, but when I went to her supervisor Ryan he completely failed to do anything about her actions which led to her getting angry and ginding anyway to come to my home and take my 2 year old, even when the police showed up to escort Ada to get my child there faces where shocked my house is taken care of with educational toys and everything fit for a 2 year old she was happy and we where playing when they showed up the officers seemed to be in disbelief but still had to stand by to do there jobs.. After this the worker Ada says we have 4 hours for us to have a close family member or friend pick up our daughter when we finally had someone she then said they couldn't take her because they would have to have a home inspection and background check done.. When I tried to get in contact with her the day before our court hearing she said told the family whom we wanted our daughter placed with that she had not heard from us since the day she took her.. When I have multiple text and calls to prove different as well as my daughters father does, she then decided to BLOCK MY PHONE NUMBER!!!!! I had to *67 my number in order to finally get through to her because I had other family that comfirmed talking to her in the time I was trying to call her and her phone went straight to voicemail, then when I *67 my number it rings and she picks up and when I let her know she had no right to block my number she proceeded to lie AGAIN and say she had just got out of a meeting (when my mom had literally just got off the phone with her just prior to me calling) I will be now looking for an attorney and speaking to higher up on these services as the supervisors are just as useless as the worker.. This lady was mad I went to her supervisor so she did what she could to take my daughter! This office is so corrupt, let me remind you the only reason a case was opened was because I talked to her doctor about some at home problems and he was mandated to "report" It.. This system is so corrupted while going through all this I heard another cps worker tell a family with an open case (itmty daughters fathers sister and nieces case) saying they could smoke weed all they wanted as long as it wasnt around the kids ages 7, 3, and 4 months.. And the niece had her 3 year old taken away for a broken arm last year. I'm just so dumbfounded this is beyond ridiculous

If the County employees gives 5 stars to themselves how do you expect them to treat you fair...Child Support is a SCAM!!!! Who in their right mind would give them a 5 Star review wake up America you are being robbed!!!!!!
