They discontinued my stuff . I turned in paperwork the day after they asked me to turn stuff in. Getting ahold of anyone is like breaking an arm and a leg. I'm really upset it takes months for any of these workers to reply.

I walked in without an appointment and there were 3 people in line. As I waited they had a girl come down the line asked what people were there to do. I just needed to change mailing address from po box to the physical address. She let me know what info I needed to do it and gave me a form to complete. She said to let her know when I was completed and it would take 24 hours to get it processed. I was out of there within 20 minutes.

The staff at this location is very helpful and courteous, I went here to help out one of my cousins and they provided us with excellent service. Everyone except for one of the "security guards posted at the door" was great, the facility has signs stating that if you are feeling sick or are having fever like symptoms to ask for a customer service rep and one will come out and help, well I asked the guard for help, because my cousin was infact having a fever, and the security guard said and I quote "Yeah that's not happening" so other than that everyone else was pretty helpful.

J Martinez, You have to go to the website and click on which services you want and then the phone number for that department will come up. I just did it for you, but I don't know what department you are looking for to speak with a social worker. Hope that help's you.😊
Yes you can. They were closing at 2 pm. You can call or check website for hours
Call Social Services or if you have coverage like IEHP you can call their customer service line
Or you need to show your income; address; personal information and fill out the application
Plan on being there for several hours, possibly not getting it that day. No backup plan to help u if caseworker on leave SO U STARVE UNTIL THEY GET BACK!!!
They say they do but good luck lol

Just walk in to Riverside county of social services located at 5961 Mission Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92509
With all do respect who heard what the news reported and you don't know the whole story. You should really gather your facts before making comments that sound uneducated and one sided.
If you are eligible to expedited services for CalFresh, you only need to have less than $150 in gross monthly income and has $100 or less in “liquid resources or your rent plus utilies is less than your gross monthly income plus resources. Cash Aid there are two types, General Assistance or CalWORKS if you have a dependent child.
Yes its easier to call workers still working from home...

Yeah online is the best way. However if you have imediate medical needs get it taken care of.medical will back date your coverage to cover the cost. I recently got approved and they back dated mine starting in March because I went to the emergency room.

They are only open to answer questions. No one is allowed inside the building so they have a setup outside to answer questions or give applications. I would suggest going early.
well you call the number on the back of your car into your social security number and it will prompt you to enter a new PIN number you'll do that twice to confirm it is correct and that wraps up your changing of the pin number for your EBT card
I did years ago at another office cause I lost it so call your worker and ask
If you follow the prompts to change your address, even if you don't need to change your address, you'll likely get to a human voice. You might be on hold for a long time but this has worked for me in the past. Ultimately, the best way to get ahold of someone is to just stop in to the office if you can. Go first thing when they open to avoid long waits.
You have to report the new address to your old county after you've actually moved into the new address in the new county. Then your worker should contact the new county and request the transfer and it takes like 45 to 90 days. Then you should receive paperwork from the new county with an EBT card giving you your new workers information etc. Also, you will continue to receive and use your EBT from the old county until it is fully transferred to the new county.
If qualified
Yes @ 7:30 am
Call your doctor's office first and find out of they accept medi cal and if they do then you don't need to switch doctors.
