You can call your worker and ask them but in office is always a better choice if ur in a time crunch. But you can also download from google playstore and sign into the C4Yourself app, look at the tab for ebt balance under my benefits & it might say there or at least gives you the long # from ur ebt card and that can be used to obtain card #.
