Follow the prompts to get to any person, so that you can ask them as many questions as you can & then ask to get connected to your preferred location.Once you get connected to your preferred location, follow the prompts to speak to a live person there, as well & then ask them any more questions you can think of, INCLUDING for any possible Direct phone numbers, before they connect you to the actual department you need, in case a voicemail picks up or you get disconnected during the transferring process. PATIENCE Is Definitely Required!! Trust Me! If you're persistent, you'll usually get the answers to your questions, but on 1 occasion, NO amount of calling worked! I was forced to go in! It turns out that even though they kept transferring me to my social worker, my particular worker didn't actually have her own Direct phone #, according to her, once I finally went in to talk w/ her, to resolve my problem! Good Luck!

I totally agree and then they deny you attempted the call. I even called the supervisor took me to voicemail and left a voicemail and to this day no one has returned my call
