Well I haven't received any notice on the 1, but when I had my 2015 I received 2 recall replacements
Yes they have a shuttle service. You may need to call them to get a pick up time
Dealer doesn't do cuts they just order keys with proof of registration and driver's license

Never heard anyone say they were treated the way you were. It is odd though and Dottie is correct. You must been displayed some sort of suspicious behavior to warrent actions taken. Body language and shifty behaviour. Anyone would of took notice. Next time walk it like you talk it. Go in there like a boss and buy one.
The vehicle must go in for service
You have to call the dealer for a specific price for the parts and the labor.
