Bought my first car from Carl at Nissan or aka Carol lol! Upon arriving he was the first person to approach us and ask us what we were looking for. From the get go he had transparency with us and was a wonderful person. He explained to me the car and took both my parents and I inside the car. He was able to answer all my moms and dads necessary questions. After when we were done, he took us inside to look at numbers. From the beginning, he had told us don't worry about the price as we could negotiate it. He was doing his best to give us different options and tell my mom what was doable and what wasn't. He was selling us the car as if he was the family friend rather than a dealer. My mom and pops had loved the car and so did i! After, when we were done wigh discussing I was able to get the car! I was so excited! I couldn't believe I had gotten a first car. He delivered the car to us and explained all the gadgets to me and told me if I had any questions to call him. I was able to purchase a 2020 Honda Civic Ex-L. I know call her my Luna. Please make sure to ask for Carl! He will help you look for what you want at a reasonable price!

I was able to secure an early appointment with relatively short notice, the service representatives are experience professionals who quickly took care of my vehicle while I waited in the comfortable lounge, enjoying a complimentary frappuccino and got caught up on the news.
